The process
A garment, panel by panel
Stage 01
Cut from the marker
CAD markers plan every panel for maximum yield, then the knife follows the line. Panels are bundled by shade band so one garment comes off one roll.
Stage 02
Panels come together
Fronts, back, sleeves and collar meet on a balanced modular line, with an in-line check at every critical operation rather than only at the end.
Stage 03
Collar, placket, trims
Ribbed collar and cuffs set true, placket topstitched, buttons and branding attached to the buyer's own specification.
Stage 04
Pressed and audited
Pressed, needle-detected and audited to AQL 2.5, then poly-bagged and cartoned to your packing manual.

Embroidery & Printing
In-house embroidery, screen and transfer printing, so branding and placement prints never leave our control.
Finishing & Packing
Pressing, needle detection, AQL 2.5 final audit, then poly-bagged and cartoned to the buyer's own packing manual.

Full private-label programmes produced to your specification, labelling, care content and carton presentation.
