The process
From raw yarn to a finished room
Stage 01
Colour goes in
Raw cotton yarn takes its shade in our own dye house — dosed, fixed and washed off so the colour lives inside the fibre rather than sitting on it.
Stage 02
Yarn becomes cloth
Dyed yarn is warped and woven to width. Because the colour went in before the loom, the whole roll carries one shade end to end.
Stage 03
Cloth becomes garment
Cut, stitched and finished on our own floor — shirting, kurtas and knitwear made from fabric we already know the behaviour of.
Stage 04
And it furnishes the room
The same cloth becomes bedding, comforters and curtains — a whole room in one shade story, from a single mill.
